Role & responsibilities

1. Check process sheet to be available on m/c before starting the mold

2. Check cutting tools & tracing tools to be available on m/c. For e.g. Blade, Pencil, Marker.

3. Before starting the m/c, confirm that Jig, fixture sample part available on m/c.

4. Heat the raw material as per required temperature.

5. Rejected parts to be keep in red rejection bin.

6. Every part which is produced by m/c must be check visually ( Half shot, Silver stick, Black spot, Damage) & keep it properly in box,

7. When box will fulfill by parts then stick the traceability sticker at the right side corner of box.

8. After sticking traceability sticker keep box at identified place.

9. If any problem found then inform to shift engineer.

10. At the time of shift changing, clean the m/c properly & give proper handover of mold & part to next operator.

11. Maintain 5S.
