Apprentice (Talent Acquisition)

As an Apprentice (Talent Acquisition) at Stratacent located in Viman Nagar, Pune, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department and work from the office for 5 days a week following the working hours of 12 pm to 9 pm or 2 pm to 11 pm IST. This apprenticeship role is a 12-month opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic and detail-oriented, aiming to gain hands-on experience in recruitment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, internal databases, and referrals. - Help create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract top talent. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process. - Support with maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with the preparation of offer letters, contracts, and other recruitment-related documents. - Assist with tracking recruitment metrics and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). - Support with maintaining and updating the talent pipeline and recruitment databases to ensure accurate and current information. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - Basic understanding of recruitment processes and ATS (preferred but not mandatory). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. - Good communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks. - Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. **Education & Experience:** Fresh graduates from colleges in 2025, and 2026 are welcome to apply.
