Job Description

As a Customer Acquisition and Business Development Executive, your role will involve identifying and generating leads through various activities such as catchment area initiatives, door-to-door marketing, field surveys, and referral networks. You will be responsible for conducting cold calls and following up with prospective customers. Additionally, your duties will include participating in loan melas, market activation events, and field campaigns to promote home loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and SME loans. Your responsibilities will also encompass providing loan processing support by assisting in collecting KYC and income documents from customers, helping complete loan applications accurately, and coordinating with credit and operations teams to track file progress. You will be required to follow up on post-sanction requirements of disbursements, documentation, and customer queries. In terms of reporting and documentation, you will be expected to maintain accurate customer records, update CRM or sales tracking tools, submit daily MIS reports on leads generated, calls made, meetings attended, and file status. It will be essential for you to ensure adherence to internal processes, audit norms, and compliance standards. Moreover, as part of customer service and retention, you will need to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships, assisting in addressing documentation-related issues effectively. In the realm of training and development, you will be encouraged to understand the system, process, technology, and complete loan cycle and functions of the support department for smooth upskilling. Your active participation in all assigned and conducted trainings will be crucial for your professional growth. Please note that this is a full-time position with health insurance benefits.
