Job Description

We are currently hiring freshers for our Apprenticeship Program. Please find the attached JD for your reference.

Below are the key eligibility criteria and interview process details:

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have a technical background with no active backlogs
Postgraduates are not eligible as per the Apprentices Act

Interview Process:

1. Initial Interview

Conducted by recruiters

2. Second-Level Technical Interview (Online via Teams)

Recruiters will share interview topics along with the meeting invite
Candidates will have up to 7
days to prepare

3. Final Interview (In-office)

Includes an
Online Assessment (UCAT)
and a
Panel Discussion
Only candidates who clear the second round will proceed to this stage

About the Apprenticeship Program:

One-year engagement as an
Apprentice
Monthly
stipend of 30,000
plus
insurance benefits
Governed by the
Apprentices Act, 1961
under the
Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE)
On successful completion, candidates may be considered for
full-time or contract roles
as
Enterprise Support Engineers
, based on performance
Candidates should be
open to working night shifts
