Responsibilities: - Learn troubleshooting of problems in medical imaging equipment like CT and MRI - Assist in resolving customer service calls related to CT and MRI systems - Aid seniors in installations of CT and MRI systems - Independently handle preventive maintenance activities of CT and MRI systems - Continuously undergo training to update skills in the related field of work - Prepare work reports and submit them promptly Qualifications: - Freshers with ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics & Communication Skills: - Strong communication skills and ability to maintain relationships with customers - Passion to learn and contribute effectively in the field - Accountability in addressing customer calls promptly - Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate excellent working skills This position is based in Bangalore or Mumbai, with opportunities for on-site and off-site work.
