Apprentice - Business Accounting

As a member of the Business Accounting team at Jainam Broking Limited, your primary responsibility will be to accurately enter financial transactions into the accounting software. This includes invoices, bills, expense reports, and various other financial documents. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial data by verifying entries against source documents and rectifying any discrepancies promptly. In addition to data entry and verification, you will also be tasked with the maintenance and updating of accounting records and files. It is essential to ensure that all entries are correctly documented and filed appropriately to facilitate easy access and retrieval when needed. Furthermore, you will be involved in assisting with reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, and resolving them in a timely manner. As part of your role, you will be expected to generate periodic financial reports and summaries as required by the management. Effective communication and collaboration with other departments will be necessary to gather relevant information and clarify any discrepancies that may arise. Your role will also involve providing administrative support to the accounting team, which may include assisting with audits and preparing financial documentation. To excel in this role, proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel and Word is essential, along with familiarity with accounting software. Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount, and strong organizational and time-management skills will be beneficial in managing multiple tasks effectively.
