Responsibilities Support U.S.-based appraisers and AMCs with property appraisal data Collect and verify property details using MLS, county websites, and third-party tools Enter data into standardized 1004 / 2055 / BPO forms Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) and valuation support Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance with U.S. guidelines Coordinate with U.S. clients through email/chat for clarifications and updates Maintain TAT and SLA requirements across appraisal lifecycle Qualifications Graduate in Commerce, BBA, BCA, or any discipline with good analytical skills Excellent communication in English (verbal and written) Basic knowledge of U.S. real estate, appraisal, or mortgage is preferred Hands-on experience with Excel, Internet research Willingness to work night shifts Prior experience in U.S. appraisal/BPO process is an added advantage Show more Show less
