Job Summary

The Appointment Setter will support the sales team by identifying decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings or demos. This role ensures a steady pipeline of qualified leads, enabling the sales team to focus on closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

· Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, industry directories, referrals, and databases.

· Identify and confirm key decision-makers (IT Heads, Procurement).

· Make outbound calls to prospects, introduce company services, and engage decision-makers.

· Qualify leads based on budget, need, authority, and timeline.

· Schedule appointments/demos for the sales team and coordinate calendars.

· Follow up with clients to reduce no-shows and maintain a smooth sales process.

· Draft and send professional emails using Outlook.

· Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and appointments in Excel.

· Share daily/weekly reports on outreach, qualified leads, and appointments booked.

· Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi (knowledge of Gujarati/Kannada is a plus).

· Email etiquette and follow-up discipline.

Technical & Analytical Skills

· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM tools.

· Understanding of sales funnel and sales cycle basics.

· Basic domain knowledge of IT Infrastructure Services (CCTV, Networking, Cabling, Access Control).

· Ability to track and report outreach metrics effectively.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Number of qualified appointments scheduled per week/month.

· Conversion rate of leads to appointments.

· Response and engagement rate of email campaigns.

· Accuracy and timeliness of Excel updates.

· Feedback from sales team on lead quality.
