Job Description : Network Engineer L1 Your Skills & Experience : 1-2 year (Preferred) Certifications : CCNA Certified We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Network Engineer / SD-WAN Engineer with extensive knowledge in network and security technologies, to ensure optimal performance of the company’s services for its customers. • Experience in planning and designing or operating service provider or large enterprise WAN/LAN networks. • In depth understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack and operation. • Knowledge on WAN technologies and protocols like MPLS, MPLS based VPNs, BGP, OSPF, QoS,NAT, Multicast. • You possess expert level expertise in Routing, Switching including L2/L3 protocols and SDWAN products (Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, Aruba) • Knowledge on Linux administration. • Oversee the SD-WAN managed service for customer, ensuring that configurations are optimized. • Manage customer’s configurations and execute changes or developments in their network or applications. • Perform troubleshooting and incident management for high & all priority issues and ensure that they are resolved within the timeframes set by service level agreements. • Handle customers’ technical enquiries as well as service-related enquiries. • Ensuring SD-WAN network infrastructure is working at optimal levels. • Participate in critical maintenance windows, and to open and track TAC cases through to problem resolution on pre and post production issues. • To raise equipment, Return Material Authorizations (RMA's) and to track these through to problem resolution. • Participate in meetings and reviews with customers, providing reports on the performance and projects.
