Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM EST – 6:00 PM EST

Job Overview:

As an Appointment Scheduler, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by scheduling qualified appointments with potential business clients. This is a target-oriented sales position that requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a goal-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to business owners via phone, email, or messaging platforms to schedule B2B appointments.

Generate qualified leads and ensure appointments meet the company’s standards.

Maintain and update CRM records with accurate contact and appointment information.

Achieve daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of scheduled appointments.

Adapt to dynamic work requirements and maintain a positive, professional approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong work ethic with the ability to meet or exceed daily targets.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and flexible to work under pressure.

Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems is a plus.

Salary Range:

₹10,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
