Knowledge and Skills Requirements

Hands-on experience, including implementation, with Oracle Cloud Manufacturing applications. Solid understanding of supply chain processes, especially as they relate to manufacturing, costing and quality control. Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems in complex system environments. High attention to detail, particularly in technical design and user experience. Excellent planning, prioritization, and goal-setting skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams. Strong research skills to identify innovative solutions and new capabilities. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries in a remote team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Oracle Financials Cloud, Supply Chain Planning Artificial Intelligence (AI) and their integration with manufacturing operations. Experience building or managing demo environments for enterprise applications. A passion for storytelling through demos that illustrate real-world business value. Knowledge of collaboration tools such as JIRA, Slack, etc.

Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications

B.S. in Operations Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience working hands on in a supply chain management role and/or experience implementing supply chain and logistics systems.
