Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide timely and effective technical support to clients. - Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance. - Document and maintain technical support processes. - Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles. - Experience with Azure virtual machines and networking. - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting Azure infrastructure issues. - Knowledge of Azure security and compliance standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
