Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your expertise to provide effective solutions, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction throughout your interactions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and their implementation. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. - Familiarity with network protocols and their impact on application performance. - Ability to document processes and create user guides for clients. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
