Job Description

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced professional with experience on Application Support (L2 Support) to design, implement, and optimize solutions with specific to Payments domain.

Role: Application Support (L2 support)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 4 to 7 Years
Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

You will design, develop and maintain high-performance applications using Application Support.
You will revamp the legacy lending system, ensuring platformization, extensibility, testability, and scalability as foundational principles.
You will engage with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, skillfully managing ambiguity throughout the project lifecycle.
You will collaborate with vendors to integrate lending system with their offerings.
You will work closely with clients cross-functional teams, including product and business teams, to influence technical decisions and define feature specification.

Expertise You'll Bring:

You should have 4-7 yrs of hands-on industry experience in building distributed systems to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
Proven experience in application support engineering, with a strong emphasis on Kubernetes environments.
Proven experience in giving support for Microservices based application
Good understanding of Google cloud platform & services
Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration tools, with hands-on experience in Kubernetes.
Proficiency in implementing and managing monitoring solutions (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics) for applications and infrastructure.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze logs and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) is a plus
Object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
Good knowledge of Java and Angular
Knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate) Experience in Shell and Python scripting.
