Job Description

Provide application support for enterprise and internet banking applications.
Monitor system performance using tools like Grafana and address issues proactively.
Execute SQL queries, perform troubleshooting, and manage database performance.
Maintain and deploy scripts for automation and operational efficiency.
Work with WebLogic for server configuration and application deployment.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents and ensure high system availability.
Provide support for Java-based applications, particularly in the Internet Banking (INB) domain.

Must-Have Skills:-

Proficiency in SQL, shell scripting, and WebLogic administration.
Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of Java applications (preferably Internet Banking).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Good-to-Have Skills:-

Familiarity with automation tools or basic DevOps concepts.
Exposure to Linux/Unix server environments.
