Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and cloud technologies. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. ITIL Framework: Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. Tools Proficiency: Experience with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana).
