About The Team

This position is for Direct banking solutions under Liquidity & Core banking Technology. Team would be focusing on developing / implementing customized enhancements based on business requirements, Periodic Upgrades, maintaining Direct Banking solutions.

Impact

The Application Support Analyst with technical responsibilities for ensuring the stability and performance of SQL bases production data environments which includes real-time monitoring, troubleshooting database issues, supporting ETL jobs, optimizing SQL queries and collaborating with development teams to maintain high availability and data accuracy in production systems.

Key Deliverables

Monitor SQL Jobs, ETL pipelines and database Performance.Investigate and resolve database related incidents and data discrepancies.Troubleshoot failed SQL jobs, optimize stored procedures and queries when neededPerform root cause analysis and document resolutions and respond to data validation alerts and incidents related to control M jobs .Ensuring high availability and reliability of production data systems.Prioritize and escalate issues when necessary and provide reg status updates to stakeholders.Work closely with Dev and QA teams.

Skills And Qualification

Minimum 5 years of experience with hands-on SQL.Proficient in writing, debugging and optimizing SQL queries.Experience supporting production environments.Proficient in incident management and root cause analysis.Hands-on with ETL tools (SSIS).Familiar with monitoring and logging tools..
