Application Support Engineer

As an Application Support in the team, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting Frontoffice operations product issues. Your responsibilities will include understanding and evaluating Frontoffice operations requirements, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, resolving queries related to Frontoffice operations product, and aligning requirements with the Frontoffice product. Additionally, you will be involved in performing sanity testing and ensuring the smooth functioning of Frontoffice suits of products. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot Frontoffice operations product issues - Coordinate with internal team & vendor for data issues and requirements - Resolve queries related to Frontoffice operations product - Understand and evaluate Frontoffice operations requirements - Align requirements with Frontoffice product - Perform sanity testing - Hands-on experience on OmneNEST suits of products - Understand OmneNEST suits of products technically and functionally - Knowledge of release deployment and configuration of OmneNEST suits of products - Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas etc.) preferred Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues - Strong communication and coordination skills - Hands-on experience with OmneNEST suits of products - Advanced knowledge of Excel, including financial formulas,
