To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and have 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting, proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.), and good knowledge of MS Excel, including financial formulas and pivot tables, are essential skills.
