You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries and recording daily financial transactions with proper classification. Additionally, you will assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, support budget planning, variance analysis, and cash flow projections. Ensuring compliance with statutory accounting principles and tax regulations, as well as assisting in internal and external audits, will be part of your financial management duties. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will maintain documentation of all financial records and reports and suggest improvements to accounting processes and tools. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and have 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting, proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.), and good knowledge of MS Excel, including financial formulas and pivot tables, are essential skills.
