Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work diligently to implement effective solutions, all while maintaining a focus on enhancing system reliability and user satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of application support processes to enhance efficiency. - Document and maintain records of issues and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js. - Strong understanding of web application architecture and design principles. - Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques for JavaScript applications. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
