Project Role :Application Support Engineer

Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and resolving any technical glitches that may arise. Your expertise in IBM Integration Bus will be instrumental in troubleshooting and maintaining the integration platform. Join our team in Mumbai and contribute to the seamless operation of our business systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Ensure smooth functioning of critical business systems.

Identify and resolve issues within multiple components of the systems.

Troubleshoot technical glitches and provide timely resolutions.

Maintain and optimize the IBM Integration Bus platform. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in IBM Integration Bus.

Strong understanding of software integration principles.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Knowledge of application support best practices.

Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with other integration platforms.

Need strong hold on below tools IBM Integration Bus Toolkit preferred version 100, IBM MQ Explorer V75, Monitoring tool, RFHUtil Client, ,MO71 GUI Administrator and Configuration Tool, etc

Need expertise in Integration project development based on different concepts like WebSphere MQ, Http, REST, WebServices, Routing, Transformation, Construction, Database, File, Email, Timer based nodes, Global Cache, etc. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IBM Integration Bus.

This position is based in Mumbai.

A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification15 years full time education
