Delivering and establishing projects related network implementation for multiple clients. Roles & Responsibilities:Experience in the troubleshooting and performance management of data infrastructure networksCustomer service skills and client focusFamiliar with service management processesAbility to read and write English with fluent conversational skillsProfessional certifications, e.g. ITIL, COBIT, relevant technologiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills including an ability to convey technical information using non-technical language Hands-on experience troubleshooting Cisco routers, Catalyst and IOS switches (9000 series, Nexus series, 65xx, 45xx, and 35xx series).Knowledgeable in the following data circuit technologies – ATM, DSL, Frame Relay, Ethernet, ISDN, POSExpert knowledge in enterprise-level networking with knowledge in TCP/IP, Routing Protocols (OSPF and BGPv4, etc.). Specific knowledge of BGP, OSPF and IP protocols in an MPLS Environment.Experience working on CoS, QoS, WRED and related quality of service parameters.Good understanding of high availability fundamentals (HSRP and VRRP)Hands-on experience of LAN switching technologies:STP, Trunking, EtherchannelKnowledge of VPN technologies and IPSec and GRE protocols.Understanding of network protocols like FTP, TFTP, NTP, SNMP, DNS, DHCPOrganizational and problem-solving skillsAmazon (AWS) /Azure Cloud – Deployment & Operational support of enterprise AWS /AZURE & Google cloud setups.
