Must have skills : Network Infrastructures, Network Engineering Planning and Deployment Solution Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Bachelors Degree or higher in ScienceComputer Science Electronics or any other relevant field CCNACCNP certification will be an advantage Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of key applications and systems. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Proactively identify and resolve application issues.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.- Develop and maintain technical documentation for support processes.- Implement and monitor application performance metrics.- Provide training and support to end-users on application functionalities. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Network Infrastructures, Network Engineering Planning and Deployment Solution.- Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.- Experience in troubleshooting network issues and implementing network solutions.- Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools.- Good To Have Skills:CCNA/CCNP certification. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A Bachelors Degree or higher in Science, Computer Science, Electronics, or any other relevant field is required.
