Must have skills : SAP BusinessObjects Data Services Good to have skills : NA Educational Qualification : Graduate Summary :As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless system functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Proactively identify and resolve technical issues within critical business systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and address system issues. Develop and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on system functionalities. Document and maintain system configurations and troubleshooting procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services. Strong understanding of ETL processes and data integration techniques. Experience with data quality management and data governance principles. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues. Familiarity with SQL queries and database management. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services. This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
