You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems and resolving any technical glitches that may arise. Your expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) will be instrumental in troubleshooting and maintaining the integrations. Join our team in Pune and make a significant impact on our organization's success. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues. Monitor and maintain the performance of critical business systems. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues using Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). Provide technical support to end-users and assist in resolving their queries. Document and maintain accurate records of support activities. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations. Strong understanding of integration concepts and principles. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle SOA Suite. Familiarity with web services, REST APIs, and XML. Ability to analyze and interpret complex data and system logs. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required. Qualifications 15 years full time education
