You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and providing support to end-users. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the improvement of application performance and stability. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by end-users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve application-related incidents. Monitor application performance and stability, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues. Provide timely and effective support to end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Contribute to the improvement of application performance and stability through analysis and optimization. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance application support capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Linux. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Cloud Infrastructure. Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and command-line tools. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or Python. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure technologies and concepts. Ability to analyze and interpret log files to identify root causes of issues. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Linux. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required.
