Application Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the revamp of the company website, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Implement CRM in International Division for sales process optimization.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of mobile applications aligned with business needs.
• Manage Mobile App Support & Change Requests, ensuring application stability and performance.
• Oversee Zoho CRM Support & Change Requests, ensuring timely enhancements and issue resolution.
• Manage Zoho Creator, Zoho Expense, Zoho WorkDrive, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho One for business process automation and data management.
• Lead the ERP Magento Integration, ensuring smooth data flow and process alignment.
• Ensure efficient Website Management and content updates in alignment with business goals.
• Oversee the Canteen Management System, ensuring system uptime and issue resolution.
• Analyze current CRM and recommend improvements to optimize system performance and user experience.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and system backups across all Zoho One application.
• Lead and mentor the CRM Support team, ensuring skill development and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for application enhancements, support contracts, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM applications with business needs
• Generate reports on application performance, system issues, and resolutions.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and user training guides.
• Provide management with periodic updates on IT initiatives, risks, and opportunities.
