As an Application Specialist for IVD Equipments & Reagents, your role will involve providing field support, installation, and maintenance of IVD equipment. You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, troubleshooting issues, and providing customer training. Your coordination with the technical and sales teams will be essential to ensure efficient customer service and optimal product performance. Additionally, you will be required to maintain service records and ensure timely follow-up with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Provide field support, installation, and maintenance of IVD equipment - Conduct product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and customer training - Coordinate with technical and sales teams for efficient customer service and product performance - Maintain service records and ensure timely follow-up with clients Qualifications Required: - B.Sc MLT / DMLT - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the field of In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) equipment and reagents Please note that the work location for this full-time position is at the Head Quarters in Calicut.
