About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Resident Laboratory Technician (Female) to join our healthcare team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality control, and maintaining smooth lab operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests.
• Handle specimen collection, labeling, and processing with precision
• Maintain laboratory instruments, equipment, and records
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Assist in result validation and report preparation
• Support the medical team in diagnostic and clinical investigations

Requirements:

• DMLT or B.Sc. MLT qualification from a recognized institution
• Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in a resident/lab-based setup
