Shift Timings : 5 AM to 2 PM IST - One Way cab for pick up is provided

Role & responsibilities

Application Processing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and submit applications related to:

Student Admissions (COE requests, GTE preparation, document verification)
Visa Applications (student visa, visitor visa, and other migration-related processes)

Maintain accurate records of all applications and ensure timely follow-ups.
Communicate with education providers, students, and migration team for required documentation.
Ensure compliance with Australian education and migration regulations (ESOS, PRISMS, DHA requirements).
Assist in drafting SOPs, checklists, and guidelines for efficient processing.
Escalate any complex cases to senior consultants or MARA agents.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of Australian education system and visa application processes.
Knowledge in ImmiAccount and COE processes (preferred).
Excellent attention to detail with strong data entry and documentation skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant online portals.
