Description
Experience with supporting various Windows Endpoint OS such as Windows 10, Windows 11 Skilled in Application Packaging using tools such as Flexera AdminStudio Develop, test and maintain software packages for distribution to user desktops, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise. Identify and determine the best packaging method for each software Ability to support various App Package types (MSI, MST, MSIX, App-V, Script Wrappers) Create Application Packages using tools such as Flexera AdminStudio Advanced knowledge in Application packaging and deployment for macOS (MacBook) using tools such JAMF Pro App Re-packaging / Package capture and configurations Configure packages to ensure adherence to industry best practices and quality standards Handle Peer review Application packages Handle complex packages with configurations including but not limited to ODBC connections, Custom Actions, etc, Handle version upgrades and dependencies Create App Install/Uninstall scripts (VBS, CMD, PowerShell) Create documentations Experience with supporting various Windows Endpoint OS such as Windows 10 Advanced knowledge of JAMF Pro management platform Advanced knowledge of macOS OS and Apple hardware Proficient in one or more modern scripting languages (Ex: Bash, Shell, PowerShell) Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment distributed globally Good Analytical skills Open to work in shifts Mandatory Skills* Application Packaging Tools: Flexera AdminStudio, JAMF, Orca, Scripting (VBS, CMD, PowerShell, Bash, Shell) Good to Have Skills App-V, MSIX, SCCM, Wise Packaging Studio, GPO, App-OS Compatibility Testing
