Role Overview :

This is an entry-level position suited for someone who wants to build a career in international education. As an Application Officer, your role is to ensure all application forms are filled accurately, documents are uploaded on time, and students receive smooth support throughout their process. You’ll work closely with senior counsellors and support students applying to countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities :

• Help students fill out university application forms across platforms like UCAS, Common App, and direct portals.
• Upload and organize supporting documents such as transcripts, passports, SOPs, and LORs.
• Maintain checklists and timelines for every student to ensure no step is missed.
• Follow up with students to collect pending information or documents.
• Coordinate with senior counsellors for course shortlisting and application decisions.
• Enter and update application status in internal CRMs or tracking systems.
• Communicate professionally with students and their parents via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
• Ensure accuracy, formatting, and compliance while handling applications.

What We’re Looking For :

• 1–3 years of experience in the study abroad domain, student services, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel) and willingness to learn platforms like UCAS, Common App, ApplyBoard, etc.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• A service-oriented mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
