You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the application design and development process - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members - Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce Lightning Web Components - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities - Experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions - Knowledge of integration techniques with external systems - Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and customization Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A minimum of 15 years of fulltime education is required Show more Show less
