We are seeking an accomplished IT Program/Project Manager with a focus on delivering IT business applications. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing projects using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe, and possess the ability to guide large-scale enterprise projects. A strong background in stakeholder management and strategic thinking is required, with a proven ability to navigate the complexities of finance-related initiatives. ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project management for IT business application development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives. Oversee project execution, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and timely delivery within budget constraints. Apply Agile principles, particularly Scrum and SAFe, to enhance project flexibility, transparency, and delivery speed. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Implement SAFe practices for large-scale programs, ensuring collaboration and alignment across cross-functional teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project goals and communication strategies are aligned. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, developing and executing mitigation plans to minimize impact on project objectives. Ensure adherence to processes, quality standards, and deliverables to achieve predictable and high-quality project outcomes. Drive cross-functional team collaboration, empowering teams to continuously improve Agile processes and fostering a transparent, collaborative working environment. Proactively address stakeholder concerns, maintaining high levels of stakeholder satisfaction and effectively communicating project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. Support change management activities and ensure successful user adoption of delivered solutions. Required Experience/QualificationsRequired Skills:

Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager specializing in IT business applications or enterprise IT projects. Extensive experience in implementing Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe, with a focus on project flexibility and delivery speed. Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and working with finance business units. Ability to lead multiple large-scale projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering results on time and within budget. Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and proactive management of project risks and issues. Excellent stakeholder management, decision-making, and negotiation skills, particularly in managing complex project requirements and expectations. Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills. Solid understanding of Agile and SAFe frameworks, with experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing distributed teams. Ability to build and nurture a collaborative and transparent working environment while driving accountability within teams. CertificationsRequired
Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT program/project management, with at least 4 years of experience managing large IT projects in an enterprise environment. Expertise in Agile and SAFe methodologies, with a proven track record of leading successful finance application projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project). Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for enterprise projects. Preferred Qualifications:SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), PMP, or Agile certifications. Experience with finance-related technologies or platforms (e.g., ERP systems, financial data management). Experience in large-scale digital transformation initiatives, particularly within the finance domain. Masters degree in a related field is a plus. Qualification 15 years full time education
