You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery in Mumbai. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the application development process- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements- Ensure timely project delivery Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation- Strong understanding of cloud-based application development- Experience in leading application design and configuration- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud technologies- Hands-on experience in project management- Familiarity with Agile methodologies Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation- This position is based at our Mumbai office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
