Your day will involve overseeing the application development process, collaborating with team members, and ensuring project success. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the application development process effectively Ensure timely delivery of projects Provide guidance and mentorship to team members Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, must have skill SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Strong understanding of HR processes and systems Experience in leading application development projects Knowledge of software development lifecycle Experience in stakeholder management Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting This position is based at our Bengaluru office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
