Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Agile Project Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 years of Full time education Summary :As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading the agile project management process for the team. Your typical day will involve facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring the team is adhering to agile principles and delivering high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the agile project management process, including facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Ensure the team is adhering to agile principles and delivering high-quality software products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project dependencies and impediments. Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies and best practices. Track and report project progress, including sprint velocity, burn-down charts, and team capacity. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Agile Project Management. Good To Have Skills:Experience in Scrum Framework, Kanban, Lean, and other Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Experience in using agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful software projects using agile methodologies. This position is based at our Mumbai office. Qualification Minimum 15 years of Full time education
