About The Role
Project Role :Application Lead

Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Must have skills :SAP ABAP Development for HANA

Good to have skills :Credit Risk Management
Minimum 15 year(s) of experience is required

Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee delivery of a program or project to achieve business objectives. You will define project scope, monitor execution, and communicating with stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the project aligns with the strategic goals of the organization while fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Lead project planning and execution.- Manage project scope, budget and timelines effectively.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success Professional & Technical

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.- Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration.- Experience is SAP implementation and customization.- Knowledge on SAP Fiori and UI5 development.- Experience in stakeholder management and communication strategies.- Ability to analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies.- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management approaches.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
