Must have skills : SAP Product Lifecycle Management Good to have skills : NAMinimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time educationJob Summary :As an Application Developer specializing in SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), you will contribute to the design, development, and configuration of SAP PLM solutions to support business processes and application requirements. You will work closely with functional and technical teams to understand needs, implement PLM functionalities, and ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. This role offers the opportunity to enhance PLM capabilities and support digital initiatives in product lifecycle management. Roles & Responsibilities:Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather and analyze PLM-related requirements.Assist in the design and configuration of SAP PLM solutions, including DMS, Engineering Records, Change Management, and Product Data Management.Support the implementation and testing of PLM features and enhancements.Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of SAP PLM-related incidents.Contribute to documentation, user training, and knowledge-sharing efforts within the team.Ensure compliance with development and change management standards.Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to solution design discussions.Coordinate with technical teams to support integration with other SAP modules and external systems. Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have:Strong hands-on experience with SAP PLM modules:DMS, Engineering Records, Change Management, Recipe Development, and PDM.Good understanding of SAP PLM configuration and functionality.Basic experience with customizing and enhancing SAP PLM applications.Good to Have:Exposure to SAP S/4HANA PLM features and innovations.Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications relevant to PLM.Understanding of integration points with MM, PP, and QM modules.Experience working with external systems like CAD/PLM tools.Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies and development best practices.
