Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : IBM Tivoli Netcool Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Graduate Summary :As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using IBM Tivoli Netcool. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact for the project and ensuring successful delivery of the application. Roles & Responsibilities:1 Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using IBM Tivoli Netcool.2 1 The primary responsibility is to work on the existing or new Incidents, Service requests and Tasks 3 Installed, Configured, maintained and have done troubleshooting of network faults 4 Done troubleshooting using Performance Monitor or any other tools, Event Viewer and Task Manager has context menu 5 Hands on knowledge to implement High Availability, Work Load Management and Fail Over, Disaster recovery6 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Professional & Technical Skills:1 Min 6-7 years of hands-on experience on network configuration using automation skill, tool in prod/pre-prod environment 2 Working Experience on IBM Tivoli Netcool Configuration Manager should have good understanding of NCM base server, Base database server, Base worker server and compliance server. 3 Should have working experience on windows, linux servers, good to have understanding of on premises virtual and AWS cloud environment.4 Good to have knowledge on IBM Tivoli Netcool5 Work on Client Server architecture for one to one and one to many connections Additional Information:1 The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IBM Tivoli Netcool.2 The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
