Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : SAP HCM Time Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the application development process Ensure timely project delivery Provide guidance and support to team members Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management, must to have SAP HCM Personnel Administration, SAP HCM Organizational Management, SAP HCM Payroll Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules Experience in configuring SAP HCM Time Management functionalities Knowledge of SAP implementation best practices Hands-on experience in SAP HCM Time Management configuration Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP Payroll Management Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management This position is based at our Hyderabad office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
