Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Salesforce Lightning Web Components Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years of fulltime education Summary :As a Salesforce Lightning Web Components Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and lead the effort to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve working with Salesforce Lightning Web Components, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating technical findings effectively to stakeholders. Key responsibilitiesa :Build Salesforce Lightning Wave Components (LWC)b :Able to troubleshoot with debugging skillsc :Perform Impact analysisd :Design in Salesforce LWC e :Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX f :Can create technical design from Functional design/Requirement Technical responsibilitiesa :Must have at least 4 Salesforce certifications b :Must have more than 5 years of Salesforce c :Must have Salesforce Configuration knowledge including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Security Model, Data Modeld :Must be Salesforce Customization knowledge experience including but not limited to APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test ClassProfessionala :Must have good communication skillb :Capable of working in client facing rolesc :Capable of coaching and mentoring junior resourcesd :Capable of leading a team of 3+ membersEducationa :BE / BTech / Bsc / Other graduation Additional Informationa :This role is for a Salesforce project Qualifications 15 years of fulltime education
