You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in application development. Identify and address technical challenges to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development. Strong understanding of cloud-based application development. Experience with SAP Cloud Platform services. Knowledge of SAP Fiori design principles. Hands-on experience in integrating SAP solutions with other systems. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development. This position is based at our Gurugram office.
