Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding the development process to align with organizational goals. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the application landscape, ensuring that the solutions provided are effective and sustainable.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
