You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the project, and providing technical expertise to drive the application's success. Key Responsibilities " Requirement understanding Deep Dive Design Estimation Ensure code and configuration is done to meet business process and application requirements Ensure on time and quality delivery of Project Management - Risk, Issues, Delivery tracking, Status Reporting, team management" Technical Experience "Around 12-15 years of Experience Good to have knowledge and solutioned on the below areas of Sales Cloud -Resource, Organization setup -Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Household, PartnerManagement -Applicatication Composer -Page Composer -Custom Security Policy/Rules -Groovy Scripting -SOAP/Rest APIs -Import Export -Simple Custom Reports -Outlook, Office 365, Mobile - Territory, Quota, Forecast Mangement Good SQL knowledge for Data Models Should have the ideas on the limitations of the product Proven working experience in Oracle Sales Cloud in minimum 3-4 E2E implementations. Working experience with large teams leveraging SDLC and/or Agile Methodologies and ability to deliver quality code with proper documentation in the specified time Must have a complex integration experience Good to have experience with other oracle cloud integrated applications like CPQ, Eloqua etc Experience in continuous integration and development" Professional Attributes Candidate should have good communication skiils and should be proactive. "Guiding and training team member Must have experience in managing resources for successful delivery of project."
