Your typical day will involve working with Workday Core Integrations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday Core Integrations for various business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of projects. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Workday Core Integrations and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Workday Core Integrations. Good To Have Skills:Experience in Workday Studio, Workday EIB, and Workday Report Writer. Experience in designing and implementing complex integrations between Workday and other systems. Strong understanding of Workday business processes and data model. Experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
