Role & responsibilities

Source new customers for Micro and Small Business Loans (Secured & Emerging segments) /Loan Against Property through direct efforts, referrals, and channel partners.
Conduct market analysis to identify untapped opportunities in the SME Micro segment.
Collaborate with branch teams to achieve assigned sales and portfolio targets.
Conduct preliminary credit evaluations including business assessment, cash flow analysis, and collateral valuation.
Prepare and present detailed credit proposals for internal credit committees.
Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.

Act as a financial advisor to SME Micro clients, providing insights and product recommendations.
Build long-term relationships to increase wallet share and customer loyalty.
Resolve client issues quickly and effectively, ensuring high service standards.
