Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Analysis: Study customer inquiries, specifications, RFQs (Request for Quotes), and tender documents to understand technical requirements.
2. Solution Design: Select appropriate products/solutions from the company's portfolio to meet customer needs.
3. Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates including material, manufacturing, labor, outsourcing, and overheads.
4. Quotation Preparation: Generate and submit accurate and timely techno-commercial proposals, bids, and quotations.
5. Coordination: Liaise with internal departments like Design, Production, Procurement, and Finance to gather necessary inputs for costing and feasibility.
6. Customer Interaction: Provide technical support to the sales team and directly to customers as needed to clarify queries and optimize proposals.
7. Database Management: Maintain a database of past quotes, pricing standards, and reference projects for quick retrieval and benchmarking.
8. Compliance: Ensure all proposals adhere to company policies, commercial terms, and statutory regulations.
9. Follow-up: Track submitted quotes, support negotiations, and update the sales pipeline accordingly.

1. Strong understanding of engineering products, systems, and industrial applications
2. Excellent analytical and estimation skills
3. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or quotation management software (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce CPQ, etc.)
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Commercial awareness and negotiation support capability
7. Time management and attention to detail

Soft Skills:

• Experience in cost analysis and value engineering.
• Knowledge of local and international supplier bases.
• Exposure to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Exposure to read & interpret Engineering drawings

Preferred Experience:

1. Experience in dealing with OEMs, EPCs, or industrial clients
2. Ability to travel for site visits or customer meetings (if required)
