Role & responsibilities

Generate and handle enquiries for AUMA India and AUMA Germany Products, Scrutinize Enquiry / tender details
Offering Techno Commercial solutions to customer, preparation of proposals, pricing and negotiation, coordinate with engineering , Customer visits
To ensure contractual clarity for post order activities, Customer Service Technical briefing, Coordinate Customer Training Programs, Coordinate Service requirements
Sales – Pricing and Negotiation, ISO related formalities
Apart from the above activity, Registration of Purchase Order received into the Order Processing System (For orders placed on AUMA India) / upload the Purchase Order received into the AUMA Order Portal (For orders placed on AUMA Germany)
Scrutinize the Purchase Order with respect to offer, Make a thorough study of specification received along with the Purchase order. Interact with customer for any unclear data / missing techno-commercial information.
Interact with Engineering Depts./QM , to arrange supporting documents such as Wiring diagram/Terminal plan , GA drawing , BOM , QP etc. where required
To arrange and send to customer supporting documents called for in execution of contract such as GA drawings , Wiring diagram , data sheets , Quality plan etc
