Lead all aspects of web development, including requirements gathering, software development, testing, documentation, training, implementation, and ongoing support.
Work closely with a cross-functional team to develop both in-house and customer-facing web applications using UI and functional specs/prototypes.
Take ownership and innovate to meet user and customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience in software development across multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
5 years of experience managing engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in API development.
Experience in enterprise architecture development.
Knowledge of Google-wide technologies and methods.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership in designing and deploying distributed systems, particularly in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud environments.
Enforce rigorous development standards across technical design, solution development, system configuration, and testing.
Architect and innovate automated solutions for business systems, with a focus on performance, security, and excellence in enterprise software platforms.
Lead the development of supply chain products and solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
Foster collaboration among geographically distributed teams, breaking down silos and promoting seamless communication.
